2. Payment: The client agrees to pay Studio Wilson the agreed-upon fee for the services provided. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and milestones, will be outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full payment, the client will have full ownership of the final approved design. Studio Wilson retains the right to showcase the project in their portfolio and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Revisions: The project fee includes a specified number of revisions as agreed upon. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may be subject to additional charges.

5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

6. Project Timeline: Studio Wilson will provide an estimated project timeline. Delays caused by factors beyond Studio Wilson's control may result in an adjusted timeline. Timely feedback and materials from the client are essential to meeting project deadlines.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If the client terminates the project, Studio Wilson will be compensated for the work completed up to that point. If Studio Wilson terminates the project, the client will receive a refund for any unearned portion of the project fee.

8. Liability: Studio Wilson is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the final design. The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided for the project does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

9. Communication: Clear and timely communication is vital for the success of the project. Both parties agree to respond promptly to emails, messages, and requests for information.
